How To Create Backup Of Your Android Rom?[Guide]

What is Backup?

The procces to make copies of original Data in case original Data is Lost or Damaged.

Why to BackUp?

Backup Is much needed to protect original data,So it can be restored after loss or damaged.

• For Sp flash tools(Mtk Devices)
• Incase if your device is soft bricked,Then you can restore it.

Method Of backingUp stock rom of Mediatek devices(mtk):-

• Firstly Root Your Android smartphone ,You Can root your set easily by visiting How to root your set?[Guide]
• Download Mtk Droid Tools

Note:-Disable antivirus for a while

• Connect your set with computer and Open Mtk droid tools(make sure you have installed drivers of your set)
• click on root button,this will detect your set root.(To check your set rooted or not,There will be GreenColour or YellowColour right below.Greencolour means rooted and Yellowcolour means not rooted.)
• Click on 'root,backup,recovery' tab.
• Now click on 'Backup' Tab,the backup process will start and will take some time.
• After process completed,A prompt will come 'Pending BackUp',Click 'Yes  ,if you only want backup,If you want to Convert this backup to Spflashtool then Click 'No'

How to convert this backup to Spflashtool Flashable?

• If you want to prepare this backup for Spflashtool flashing Then Click on "Prepare for flashtool"
• Now go to folder where you backuped your device and click on file named "File.md5".
• Mtk droid tools Will creat a folder named 'Files to flash'That is ready for spflashtool flashing.
• Congratulations! Your Backup is ready for spflashtool flashing.

Method of BackingUp Rom Of Non mtk devices:-

• Root Your set
• Install Rom Manager.Apk On your device
• Open Rom manager and select ''Backup Current Rom''
• You Backuped Your Rom Successfully.
